Are you ready for another project? This one is super easy and fun to do. Its called a Criss Cross Box.
You only need a few supplies:
A Score-pal, Score tape, a cello bag, ribbon and 1 sheet of printed card stock. I used paper from My Mind's Eye, Just Dreamy 2 Line but you could use any paper you wanted. (Maybe try some of our new Easter paper.)
To start off, you will want to trim your paper to 8.5x11.
Then you will score the following measurements.
On the 8.5 side score at 4" and 4.5 ".
Turn paper and on the 11' side score at 3", 4", 7" and 8". (The score lines are in blue.)
Cut on the brown lines and be sure to cut the two side triangles.
Using the score lines as guides, fold the box and secure the sides and flaps with scor-tape.
If you like you can trim the inside flap with decorative scissors. Add ribbon and a Cello bag filled with candy or other goodies.
Don't forget a cute layered tag. Share your boxes with family, friends, teachers and children. Make up a bunch this weekend.
